Terms and Conditions
1. WhoDunnIt reserves the right to request a $200 non refundable deposit in relation to a booking. Should a deposit not be requested the booking is taking in good faith and a contract is formed with the event organizer and WhoDunnIt. The event organizer shall be responsible for the costs involved in organising an event should a cancellation be made, these costs are mainly but not limited to, the cost of organizing the host, transport costs and the cost of the commercial running of the game. Please see below for the cancellation of event terms.
2. Payment for an event is to be made within 7 working days of the date of the event. If payment is not made within 7 days a $10 per day fee will be charged to the event organizer/company. Payments not made within 14 working shall be sent a final notice of payment with the $10 per day fee included. Legal action shall be taken when a payment is outside 21 days of the event being run. All cost of legal action will be charged to the event organizer/company.
3. Once the number of participants has been agreed upon from the event organizer or company the company or event organizer is responsible to WhoDunnIt Mystery Murders for payment of participants up to that number value, inc costume items provided. The Event Organizer or Company may also be responsible to the venue if that number is not met, due to additional food requirements. That number will be taken from correspondence at least one week in advance of the date of event. |
4. We accept no responsible for loss, damage or injury from any food served out our events or within your premises.
5. At no time do we tolerate, intoxication of participants, participants that are intoxicated shall be asked to leave the play and will not be offered refunds.
6. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to the above occurring by more than three persons. We do allow people to drink responsibly during our games.
7. We do not accept, rude or inappropriate behaviour within our games, this includes behaviour of a sexual nature towards other participants or the host. * some games require this type of behaviour in basic form.
8. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or person, which results from the consumption of alcohol by participants.
9. All characters folders and items provided by WhoDunnIt Mystery Murders Pty Ltd, except basic costumes items purchased by the event organizer/company remain the property of WhoDunnIt Mystery Murders Pty Ltd, any folders not returned after the event shall be charged to the company or event organizer at a rate of $30.00 per folder.
10. Participants must respect certain noise level at venues.
11. We accept no responsibility from loss, injury or damage to any person or property, that occurs from the Venue hired to host the event.
12. If an event is cancelled once we have received an email to book an event date, the event organizer/company shall forfeit the deposit if one has been paid or pay 25% of the total fee as a cancellation fee whichever is greater. Events cancelled two weeks prior to an event shall be charged at 100% of the total cost of the event. There may be additional cost involved to the venue hired for the event; these costs will need to be paid for by the event organizer/company. If an event is run outside of a state WhoDunnIt is open in or there are transport or accommodation costs involved the event organiser shall also be responsible for their payment as well as payment of the above. |
