Our prices:

The price depends on the number of people attending and the amount of involvement you want from us. For events outside of 20km from the CBD or in areas we don't have staff their will also be transport and possible accomodation costs. Please email us to find those costs.

Before deciding on price, decide on what you want from the event:

Do you already have your own game but want someone else to run it? - Host only class
Do you want to do your own theme creation? - No Theme Class
Do you want us to theme the room for you? - Bronze
Do you want us to theme the room for enhanced atmosphere? - Silver
Do you want the room completely theme created for the game? - Gold
Do you want to go to the maximum level of theme creation - Platinum
Do you want basic costume items to be provided by us, that players keep afterwards (min $20 spend pp)? - Gold
Do you want pictures taken on the night and presented on a CD? - Gold
Do you want professional videos and pictures taken on the night and edited in full for presentation on a CD to all players ? - Platinum
Do you want prizes for the winners (min $15/$25 per winner)? Silver and Gold
Do you want us to provide full costumes for the group? - Platinum
Do you want everyone to have a gift from the night? - Platinum

We have six class levels:

Host Only:

Already have a game, but don't want to run it yourself, ask about our host only service.

$170 plus gst for up to 20 players                

$185 plus gst for up to 30 players
$205 plus gst for up to 40 players                    

$220 plus gst for up to 50 players

Price for host is within 20km of the CBD area, the host will require a copy of your game at least 7 working days prior to your event.

No Theme:

$465 plus gst for up to 20 players 
$505 plus gst for up to 30 players
$545 plus gst for up to 40 players   
$605 plus gst for up to 50 players

No theme class includes a hosted game, run within 20 km of the CBD, main certificates for the winners.

Bronze Class:

$515 plus gst for up to 20 players
$565 plus gst for up to 30 players
$625 plus gst for up to 40 players
$685 plus gst for up to 50 players

50+ players please ask for a quote.

Bronze class price includes a hosted game, run within 20 km of the CBD, basic theme creation and main certificates for the winners.

Silver Class:

50+ players please ask for a quote.

Silver class price includes a hosted game, run within 20 km of the CBD, medium theme creation, main certificates for the winners and prizes for the winners as well.

Gold Class: - Complete package.

$1950.00 plus gst for up to 20 players
$2350.00 plus gst for up to 30 players
$2750.00 plus gst for up to 40 players
$3250.00 plus gst for up to 50 players

50+ players please ask for a quote.

This price includes a hosted game run within 25 km of the CBD, High theme creation, personalized and laminated certificates for the winner, prizes for winners, photo’s taken on the night and given on a CD and basic costume items for all that attend (which are kept by the group)

Platiumum Class:
